MANY MANY SWEAR WORDS!
The woman that hit me and was given a ticket, apparently doesn't have insurance. When I called Highway Patrol to report this, they will not give her an additional ticket for driving without insurance because I didn't report her not having insurance within 24 hours of the accident. So basically, she gets off scott free.
