Friday was Pocket's birthday and for his birthday present I thought I'd give him worlds largest head cold wrapped in the finest mucus a gal can buy.
I made him a chocolate ice cream cake and we all sat around laughing and joking. Pita Pocket was pretty pooped out so she made an effort to scream to her daddy at the top of her lungs so that he knew just how much she loved him.
My husband has been pretty rad throughout this whole new transition to parenthood. We made the deal pre-baby that I would be in charge of the feeding while he was took care of all diaper changes while he was home. so that means that evenings and in the middle of the night, he springs into action and brings little Pita right to me. He is such a fantastic dad. Pita seems to think so too.
