Off the market...

The house selling jaunt is over now and we couldn't be more relieved. "Where are you moving?" you ask?

No where.

After 4 months of people trudging thru our house criticising every little detail and insisting that our price was "much too high" we decided that enough was enough. We couldn't stand lowering the price of our house the recommended $20,000 to get someone to put in an offer. The economy is just too unstable and I think we would have ended up coming in way short. Also we have had a couple new developments lately that would indicate that selling our house right now might not make the most fiscal sense.

And I say back to you, "Well I have to find some way to make you come back and read more, don't i?"
