It was hot Saturday. so what did we insist on doing on the warmest day of the year? We ignored all the UV and temperature warnings and did yard work. We dug up some bushes we hated and planted an entirely new flower bed in front of Casa de Pocket in the blazing sun. The awesome reward to it all was that we bought patio misters for the backyard from Western Garden Center for the cheap price of $15. Yesterday afternoon, we drank some wine, cooled off under the misters (best $$ i've ever spent), and i tinkered with my digital camera. It was perhaps, the most perfect summer day.
