Lonely Luna

Our little foster dog, Charlotte, was adopted 2 weeks ago and Luna has not been the same. It is the first time in over a year and half that little Luna has not had a play friend and she is acting out. She has torn up her dog bed and listlessly lays about the house.

We have decided to take a break from fostering for the summer simply because we have too much going that it would be impossible to teach another dog the ropes of being a civilized hound.

We took Luna to the bottom of Tanner Park yesterday and she perked right up, running up and down the trails and jumping into the water. The moment we got home she looked depressed and took a nap. Perhaps we need to find her a friend.
